What's the difference between the two tiers?
Standard gets you a shared tent and the essentials. Premium upgrades you to a proper bed with duvets and blankets, plus priority access to the grounds.
When do prices and booking open?

Is this the same ticket as Dance Èkó?
No — camping is a separate add-on to your festival experience. Your Dance Èkó ticket gets you into the festival; camping gets you a place to stay after.
